What is the event about?
Illuminate is the name of the new, in-person customer conference hosted by Momentus. We selected the conference name “Illuminate” as a guiding theme because it’s more than just a word, but a beacon piloting the path to revolutionize what we do and how we do it – especially when it comes to serving our customers. This event is a unique opportunity for Momentus customers to come together with each other and the Momentus team so we can reconnect, reinvest and rewire the venue and event management landscape. Together, we can examine innovative technologies, share powerful solutions, learn from unparalleled experts and obtain a clear view on how to create extraordinary moments in your spaces and communities.
How many conferences are we holding?
We are hosting two conferences in 2025 and already planning ahead to events in 2026. Customers are not required to attend the conference in their region, but it is most beneficial for them to enable networking with peers.
- APAC: Illuminate, Accor Stadium in Sydney, AUS. 11-14 August, 2025.
- North America: Illuminate, Boise Centre in Boise, USA. September 22-25, 2025.
- EMEA: Illuminate in EMEA is projected in 2026. Dates and location to be announced.
In what languages will the conferences be delivered?
Each Illuminate event will be delivered in English.
Will there be a conference every year from now on?
It is our hope that we host a conference event each year but will consider attendance and conduct post event surveys to determine the frequency and location of events.
Will there be a hybrid event option?
The Illuminate event will be an in-person event. Sessions will not be live streamed. Only select sessions will be recorded and made available after the conference.
Who should attend?
This event aims to bring together business and technology leaders who want to take an active role in utilizing technology to drive business outcomes for venues and events. The event is open to all Momentus customers, with most product-specific sessions focused on Momentus Enterprise and Elite. We monitor registration closely to craft the agenda and select the speakers and sessions best suited for those in attendance. We encourage customers who use Priava and EB Classic to attend sessions based on the product(s) they are considering. There will be some sessions during the conference that are an opportunity to learn with and from peers on various topics, regardless of product.

Can others in the industry come?
Illuminate registration is only open to existing Momentus customers. Sponsorship and partner inquiries should be directed to illuminate@gomomentus.com. If you are considering Momentus software and would like to attend, please email us or complete this form.
Who will attend from Momentus?
Momentus staff at the event will be based on region, content and presenters and customers in attendance. Momentus staff will represent leadership, account management, customer success, solutions engineering, professional services, customer support and product teams. We are currently projecting between 30-50 staff in attendance for each conference, depending on how many attendees register as well as the final agenda.

We received an overwhelming number of RFP responses from customers to host the Illuminate conference in North America. Ultimately, we selected the Boise Centre because we believe their proposed dates, spaces, services and commitment to partnering will enable us to make this event a great success. We are so proud to partner with the team at the Boise Centre on this event.
How do I register to attend?
We will provide instructions on how to register for the events prior to opening registration.
When is registration open?
We plan to open registration for the North American and APAC events in April. Prior to this, information will be available here. We encourage all customers to respond to the input survey by February 10, which will help us craft the agenda and finalize other ideas we are contemplating. Registration will close prior to each event so we can make final preparations in partnership with our host venue team.
How did you set the registration rates?
Our goal is to make registration rates as low as possible while providing a fantastic experience for all attendees. Because our agenda is partially crafted based on who will attend, it is better for us to understand who is coming as early as possible. As a result, we have structured our rates to be lowest when registration opens in April and reach the maximum rate in the final weeks before the event. We are proud to offer rates for the 2025 events which are lower than the early bird rate for 2024 even before discounts are applied.
What does my registration fee include?
All sessions including education content and training are included in your registration fee. Each full day of sessions will include catered lunch, morning and afternoon breaks. The Monday and Tuesday night networking events will each be catered. Wednesday night dinner is on your own, but we are currently working with local partners on dinner reservations and special activities that night to enable continued networking.
We may add additional, optional social activities in the host city prior to, during and immediately following the conference so attendees can explore the host city without adding multiple additional days of travel. Optional activities on Monday and Thursday will include tours of the host venue and other venues in the host city, meetings with Momentus staff and other customers, and activities in the host city like meals, hikes/walks, meet-ups etc. Most (if not all) offsite activities will be walkable from Boise Centre. We will note if any of these activities have additional fees to participate when conference registration opens. We will do our best to provide a mix of free and paid options.
What discounts are available?
Customers who send a group of four or more attendees will receive a discount of up to $125 off per person in the group. Customers who are speakers are also eligible for a $200 discount.
All discounts are applied to the rates based on the month you register. For example, if you register as a group in April, the rate will be $1,074 and if you register as part of a group in June, your rate will be $1,274. Additional promotions and discounts may be offered by your account manager or success manager.
What is the cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds, but do allow substitutions for paid registrants at any time. If you have any questions, reach out to illuminate@gomomentus.com
How should attendees dress?
The daily event attire is business casual. We will host two social events, at which all attendees can dress as formally or casually as desired. We will likely host at least one of these events off-site and will provide more information prior to the event.
How do you select speakers? Can I volunteer or recommend someone? What is expected of a customer speaker?
We are excited to feature numerous customer speakers and hope to secure all speakers by April. If you know someone who would be a fantastic speaker or panelist or if you have a topic you are interested in speaking on, let us know!
- Selection Process: We accept speaker recommendations from customers and Momentus staff and will extend invitations based on speaker topics and the sessions planned in the agenda.
- Recommend a Speaker or Volunteer to Speak: Please email illuminate@gomomentus.com with the name, title, company, and potential topics for each speaker.
- Expectations of Speakers: Customers who speak at Illuminate may be involved in one of the following ways: Panelists with other customers and Momentus staff; Moderators or champions facilitating a session or discussion; and/or Co-presenters in a fireside chat or software demo. All sessions will have at least one Momentus staff member to support speakers before and during the conference. Speakers will be asked to complete a speaker engagement form, exchange a few emails with Momentus staff, and participate in at least one planning call with other speakers and Momentus staff prior to conference.
- Acknowledge for Potential Speakers and Invited Speakers: Building an agenda is like putting together a puzzle, and our priority will be to sculpt an agenda that is most valuable for those in attendance. From our event surveys, we know attendees want to learn from other customers. If you receive an invitation to speak, please know this means we are confident in your expertise and will partner with you to ensure your engagement is on a topic you are confident in and that you are supported. If you do not want to speak on a given topic, do not feel comfortable with certain formats or do not feel comfortable speaking in front of larger groups, let us know.
